Charity Event Assistant – Entry Level
We’re seeking a motivated Charity Event Assistant to help deliver seamless, impactful events that promote nonprofit organizations and social good initiatives. This hands-on role puts you front and center, ensuring every guest enjoys a meaningful and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-of event logistics to guarantee smooth, efficient operations
Greet and engage attendees with friendly, clear information about nonprofit partners and programs
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
Address attendee needs promptly and adapt to changing event conditions with professionalism
Work closely with team members to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that enhances the overall event experience
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, energetic, and self-driven personality
Excellent communication skills and passion for community engagement
Prior experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality is a plus—but not required
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in fast-paced environments
Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in public-facing roles
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
